Heracross is a powerful Bug/Fighting-type Pokémon introduced in Generation II. Known as the Single Horn Pokémon, it is renowned for its incredible strength and distinctive horn. Heracross can lift and throw objects up to 100 times its own weight, showcasing its Herculean power. In the wild, Heracross roams through forests searching for its favorite food: sweet tree sap. Its two antennae are used to pick up scents as it searches for food. Interestingly, in the Alola region, Heracross has a fierce rivalry with Vikavolt, which it's often seen fighting.
Despite its impressive physical strength, Heracross is not particularly adept at flying. It uses its sharp claws to grip firmly onto the ground or tree bark, providing a solid footing to fling away foes with its prized horn. In battle, Heracross employs a unique strategy of charging straight at its opponent, slipping beneath their grasp, and then using its horn to scoop up and hurl them. This Pokémon is so strong that it can even topple massive trees.
