Weepinbell evolves from Bellsprout at level 21 and can evolve into Victreebel when exposed to a Leaf Stone. Its abilities include Chlorophyll, which doubles its speed in sunny weather, and Gluttony, allowing it to consume held Berries earlier than usual.
