Weepinbell is a dual-type Grass/Poison Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It evolves from Bellsprout starting at level 21 and evolves into Victreebel when exposed to a Leaf Stone. This Pokémon resembles a yellow, bell-shaped pitcher plant with a wide, gaping mouth and circular eyes. Above its eyes are three small green spots and a small, brown hook-shaped stem. On each side of its body is a large, green leaf. Weepinbell is known for its unique hunting strategy, using camouflage to blend in with forest plants while awaiting unsuspecting prey. When a target approaches, it sprays poison powder to immobilize the victim before melting it with its internal acids. Interestingly, Weepinbell produces a neutralizing fluid that prevents these acids from dissolving its own body. For larger prey, it uses its razor-sharp leaves to slice them into manageable pieces.
